The location used to be called “Kalavradika” and this stands for a place that offers good nights. House no.3 enjoys beautiful sunsets, the view of Cyclades and passing sailboats… and changes of sceneries with respect to the seasons, in a very peaceful and soothing way. However, the main town -the Chora- that hosts the port, is only ten minutes away or thirty minutes walking an old paved, man and horse path. Furthermore, the inclination of the plot and the surroundings is such that the majestic views the house enjoys are secured from any future development. It occupies land area of more than one thousand square meters, suitable for nicely appointed gardens or cultivation and enjoys pieces of art both indoors and outdoors. House no.3 has two en- suite master bedrooms with direct access to yard and veranda for views of the sunsets or bright night skies, one more bedroom with either two single beds or a double bed and its bathroom and also a home cinema- kids play or guest room, hosting sleep for another two or more and having its own separate bathroom. This room is like an entrance room to the lower ground floor master bedroom and is suitable for the whole family and friends. The house has three stone built fireplaces, a big marble table under the pergola, stone built barbeques by the kitchen and a private infinity pool with walk in entrance, Jacuzzi benches and beautiful views of the serene scenery.
